The Senior Police Academy is being held at Fair Park every Wed. at 2:00. The 8 week class is being held by the Crossville City Police Dept. with Chief David Beaty. The co sponsors are Life Care Centers & Fair Park Senior Center.

Each 2 hour class will be covering such curriculum as: Recruiting, Hiring, and
Training; History and structure of American Law Enforcement; Search and Seizures,
Criminal Investigations, Crime Scene Investigations; Narcotics Investigations; Traffic Enforcement; Domestic Violence; Sexual Assault, Crime Prevention, Use of Force, Home Invasion, ID Theft, Defensive Tactics, 911 operations, finger printing and much more with hands on participation.
